Weekend Stitching

What a great weekend!  Breezy, windy weather to keep me in side.  So I am stitching away on Amy Bunger’s Blue Hawaiian.  Actually I should be drinking, because today is not a good counting day.  While the palm trees are swaying away outside, my palm trees just don’t want to sway on my canvas.  I can count to 4 and no higher today.  Oh well, just one of those days.

But I am looking at 2 wonderful retro canvases that have been done by To the Point.  they are called Hawaiian Fruit Bowl and Hawaiian Pic Roast.  Oh my, they are gorgeous.  So my head is spinning with ideas.  I can use Ribbons, Vineyard Silk, Splendor, Burmilana — just finding the right colors in the right places.  So I think I will stop counting and work and stitching choses.
